By creating an account, accessing, or using RecrootEarn, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
RecrootEarn reserves the right to refuse access to any user at its sole discretion.
To use certain features of the Platform, users may be required to create an account.

Users uploading candidate information represent and warrant that:
Users are solely responsible for uploaded information.

Violation may result in suspension or termination.
RecrootEarn may provide credits, rewards, wallet balances, or incentive systems.
RecrootEarn reserves the right to modify pricing and rewards.
Users may submit reviews regarding candidate interactions.
RecrootEarn may remove reviews that violate policies.
To protect platform integrity, RecrootEarn may monitor activity, investigate suspicious behavior, suspend accounts, reverse rewards, and remove fraudulent uploads.
All platform content including logos, designs, features, databases, software, graphics and branding remain the property of RecrootEarn unless otherwise stated.
Users retain ownership of content they upload.
By uploading content, users grant RecrootEarn a non-exclusive license to store, display, process, and distribute such content for operation of the platform.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Services may be interrupted due to maintenance, security updates, technical issues, or third-party failures.
The Platform may integrate payment providers, hosting providers, analytics services, and communication tools.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their own policies.
RecrootEarn does not guarantee employment opportunities, candidate quality, hiring outcomes, interview success, or business results.
All recruitment decisions remain solely between users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecrootEarn shall not be liable for lost profits, business interruption, indirect damages, consequential damages, candidate-related disputes, or recruiter-related disputes arising from use of the Platform.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RecrootEarn from claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and legal costs arising from user misconduct, policy violations, illegal uploads, or misuse of platform services.
RecrootEarn may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for fraud, abuse, policy violations, or security concerns.
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
For legal, support, or compliance inquiries, users may contact RecrootEarn through official support channels.
These terms apply equally to Candidates, HR Professionals, Recruiters, Employers, Companies and all other users of RecrootEarn.
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases, subscriptions, credits and digital services are final. Payments made for credits, subscriptions or promotional services are non-refundable and non-cancellable once successfully processed.
RecrootEarn only provides a technology platform. Any communication, interview, employment discussion, payment arrangement or exchange of contact information between Candidates and Recruiters occurs solely at their own discretion and risk.
RecrootEarn does not verify every user, candidate, recruiter, employer or company. We are not responsible for the accuracy of resumes, job postings, contact details, hiring decisions, interview outcomes, salary disputes, employment disputes, financial transactions between users, or any loss arising from interactions between users.
RecrootEarn reserves the right to interpret, enforce, modify or waive these Terms & Conditions where permitted by applicable law. Decisions regarding fraud prevention, account suspension, rewards and platform misuse shall be final.
